03\/01\/25 V. Matthews, Oxford. Just wanted to thank you for letting us stay in the bungalow. It\u2019s fabulous!\u00a0I would have loved to live there<\/strong>\u00a0to be honest.<\/p>\n

02\/06\/24 A Kimber: We found the accomodation very clean and comfortable with better than usual household goods and utensils. Thanks for the welcome pack. The weather was a mixed bag but we found plenty to do in the area and had\u00a0a very enjoyable week<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We especially love the big kitchen and lots of worktop space.\u00a0 We also really appreciate the welcome pack and the fact that there are always toiletries available and a cupboard full of spices etc. We will certainly be back.<\/p>\n

25-05-23 M. Wooley: We very much enjoyed our stay at the Briar Rose. As a family of 2 adults and 2 kids it was perfect for us. The close location to our family was the main reason for booking with you and we are very glad we did. The\u00a0close attention to detail<\/strong>\u00a0was particularly nice. The property was immaculate and very well equipped for our stay. When we come back to the north east you will be our first port of call and hopefully you will be available.<\/p>\n

28\/02\/23\u00a0 L. Dunn, South Africa: Stayed for 3 months. The cottage was well furnished and contained, clean and tidy, and very comfortable.\u00a0The neighbours are all so helpful and extremely friendly<\/strong>. Awesome.<\/p>\n

19\/10\/22 B. Samuels, USA: We had a terrific time staying at the cottage. The accommodation was very clean and\u00a0extremely well stocked.<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0kitchen was beautiful<\/strong>\u00a0with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals. We really enjoyed relaxing in the\u00a0gorgeous space<\/strong>. We were visiting family and this location worked well Herrington Park, Penshaw Monument and the Penshaw Farm shop\u00a0 and cafe were fun outings. If I ever make it back I would rent this cottage.<\/p>\n

17\/9\/22 B. Goves.\u00a0 Oxfordshire: We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay in The Briar Rose last week.\u00a0The bungalow is spacious, well equipped and again suited our needs<\/strong>. The extras you supplied (Milk, bread, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereals, etc) were much appreciated. We revisited some of the places we went to last year as well as finding some new ones.\u00a0 We will certainly recommend you and will return when we visit the North East again.<\/p>\n

Certainly in top 3 of ones we have stayed in.\u00a0Would certainly recommend to others and return next time we holiday in that area.\u00a0Facilities were excellent<\/strong>\u00a0and would really struggle to come up with any issues.\u00a0Had not appreciated how well connected roads were so we got about really easily.<\/p>\n

18\/9\/21 B. Goves. Oxfordshire: Just wanted to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Briar Rose last week. The bungalow is so well equipped and you\u2019ve gone to great lengths to make it\u00a0Covid safe<\/strong>.\u00a0The location was ideal for us to visit Newcastle, Sunderland, Alnwick, The Angel of the North, Durham and the Beamish Museum.\u00a0The village had good facilities with a supermarket and take-aways (many of which did home deliveries). The comprehensive notes supplied were a great help.<\/p>\n

We will definitely be booking again for future visits.<\/p>\n

Great location in a quiet residential area, the bungalow\u00a0provided everything we needed<\/strong>, bedding, towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher you name it this place had it.\u00a0 Immaculately clean,\u00a0Good WiFi, good reception on all the tv\u2019s, very friendly, helpful and professional owners.\u00a0\u00a0Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon, we would highly recommend the property<\/p>\n

5\/7\/19 J. Davis, S. Wales. Love the comfort and familiarity (3rd visit).\u00a0Appreciate the \u201cgoodies\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0always left for us. Saw family as usual then back here to relax.<\/p>\n
